The Sewing Hui Volunteers created costumes for the Seussical production by Maui OnStage  at the Historic ʻĪao Theater. We created two-dimensional costumes to fit into the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss!

Thanks to Wave of Harmony Foundation, keiki 12 and under were able to see the production for FREE!

​

The Seussical Production ran from July 12th to August 4th, 2024 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Note from the Costume Director: "Seussical is a joyful, hopeful show! The costume department was inspired to recreate the look of Dr. Seuss's Illustrations as much as possible. It's not easy, when illustrations are 2-dimensional and people are 3-dimensional. But our talented team did a wonderful job in pulling it together.
