Sewing 101 is a Beginning Sewing Skills Course taught over 4-weeks in 3-hour weekly classes. The course will focus on how to use a sewing machine, sewing tools and equipment, and creating 32 different seams, techniques, and closures. You will create your own sample book that you can keep and refer back to. Expect to learn all about the essential sewing skills to get you started on your sewing journey. 

 

With support from the Atherton Family Foundation, The Sewing Hui will offer this course FREE to those joining us as volunteers. If you do not plan to volunteer with The Sewing Hui, then you may enroll in the course for a fee of $225.
